The reason I say it’s not good for bariatric portion control is because the plate is too big. Yes, it separates your food, which is good, but as a bariatric patient, the portion of proteins needs to be smaller. This came up as bariatric friendly. They tell you to eat from small plates so that you don’t fill it up as much. I like the plate, I just think they need to be smaller.
